1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Ceickex platform in any way — including browsing the website, downloading the app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms apply to all users of Ceickex, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who interacts with the platform in any capacity. If you are using Ceickex on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that they also meet all eligibility requirements.

Ceickex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of Ceickex after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2 Eligibility

To use Ceickex, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Ceickex does not permit anyone under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify that using Ceickex is legal in your location.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, whether through Ceickex or any other gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a professional player in a capacity that violates these terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Ceickex reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. This is not a punitive measure — it is a standard compliance requirement that protects both you and the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of Ceickex — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must register for an account. Registration is free and takes only a few minutes. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information is a breach of these Ceickex Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Ceickex account. If you already have an account and attempt to register a second one — for any reason, including to claim a welcome bonus again — both accounts may be suspended and all balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact Ceickex support to recover it rather than creating a new one.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Ceickex login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Ceickex will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and match your official identification documents.
• You must notify Ceickex promptly if any of your registered details change.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your Ceickex account is for your personal use only.
• Ceickex reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as outlined in the fee schedule.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Ceickex are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Ceickex supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods. Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

The minimum deposit on Ceickex is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under Ceickex's anti-money laundering procedures. Deposits are typically credited to your Ceickex account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Ceickex aims to process all withdrawal requests within 10 minutes during normal operating hours, though processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered Ceickex player.
• Ceickex does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• Ceickex reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Ceickex — including Rummy, Mines Gold, Golf, 3 Gods Fishing, Nine, Dragon of Demons, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.

All game outcomes on Ceickex are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently audited on a regular basis to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. Ceickex does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. If you believe you have experienced a technical error that affected a game result, contact support within 24 hours with the relevant game round ID.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has begun.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned at Ceickex's discretion.
• Ceickex reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or system malfunction.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. Ceickex is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Ceickex offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds where applicable. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and take precedence over any general statements about bonuses on the Ceickex platform.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus.

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Ceickex reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• If Ceickex determines that a player is abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts — all bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Real money funds in your Ceickex account are used before bonus funds when placing bets, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Ceickex is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform, disadvantages other players, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The following actions are explicitly prohibited on Ceickex and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with Ceickex games or systems in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any such errors must be reported to Ceickex support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games such as Rummy.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Ceickex platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with Ceickex software or systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Using a VPN or other tool to disguise your location in order to access Ceickex from a restricted jurisdiction.

8 Privacy and Data

Ceickex collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on Ceickex, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ceickex uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. Ceickex does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data Ceickex holds about you at any time.
• You may request correction of inaccurate data by contacting Ceickex support.
• Requests for data deletion are subject to Ceickex's legal obligations to retain certain records.

9 Responsible Gaming

Ceickex takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available directly within your Ceickex account settings and can be activated at any time.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem — or if someone close to you has expressed concern — you should use these tools immediately. Self-exclusion can be applied for any period from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, Ceickex will not send you any promotional communications and will not accept any attempt to reopen your account before the exclusion period ends.

• Deposit limits can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session reminders notify you of how long you have been playing at intervals you choose.
• Cooling-off periods temporarily restrict access to your account without permanently closing it.
• Self-exclusion permanently or temporarily blocks access to your Ceickex account and removes you from all marketing lists.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Ceickex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Common reasons for account suspension include, but are not limited to: failure to complete identity verification, suspected use of multiple accounts, suspected bonus abuse, suspected money laundering, and breach of fair play rules. In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, Ceickex will aim to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

• If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification.
• You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Ceickex support.

11 Limitation of Liability

Ceickex provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Ceickex makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ceickex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, loss of data, or interruption of service. Ceickex's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Ceickex is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Ceickex is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Nothing in these terms limits Ceickex's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

12 Changes to These Terms

Ceickex may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Ceickex will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top.

If you do not agree with any changes to the Ceickex Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. Continued use of Ceickex after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
